
On May 1, 2025, at 10:04 a.m., His Serene Highness General Prince Chaloemsuek Yukol graciously presided over the 5th Vocational Certificate Presentation Ceremony for the academic year 2024, held at the North Gear Auditorium, Faculty of Engineering, Phranakhon North Bangkok Campus, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
Lieutenant General Chainarong Kitrungrojcharoen, Vice President of the University Council, represented the President of the Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Council. He was joined by Dr.Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of the University, along with executives, staff, and students who warmly welcomed the royal guest.
This year, the University Council approved the conferral of vocational certificates (Por Wor Chor) to 114 graduates from the Business Administration Division of the Faculty of Business Administration and the Industrial Division of the Faculty of Engineering.
In addition, His Serene Highness graciously awarded scholarships and various honors, as follows:
- 27 students were recognized for outstanding academic performance.
- 2 students with the highest academic achievements received the Rajamangala Phra Nakhon Medals.
- 6 students received scholarships for exemplary academic performance and conduct, allowing them to pursue undergraduate studies in the academic year 2025.
- 7 students received scholarships for good conduct but with financial hardship, also for continuing their undergraduate studies in the academic year 2025.
Following the Vocational Certificate Presentation Ceremony, His Serene Highness General Prince Chaloemsuek Yukol delivered a royal address to the graduates of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. In his speech, he emphasized the vital role of education in life, particularly vocational education, which equips individuals with essential skills for national development and further academic pursuits. He noted, however, that knowledge alone is not enough; it must be accompanied by moral integrity. True success comes from combining wisdom with virtue—those who can conquer their own inner flaws and live righteously will lead meaningful lives and contribute positively to society and the nation.
Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, located in the heart of Bangkok, has a long-standing reputation for excellence in vocational education. Formerly part of Rajamangala Institute of Technology, it became a university in 2005. Since 2015, it has offered vocational certificate programs (Por Wor Chor), alongside undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral degrees. The university focuses on developing skilled manpower across various levels—craft, technical, and technological—aligned with international standards. Currently, it offers programs in four major vocational areas: Industry, Commerce, Home Economics, Tourism Industry, and Fine Arts, totaling 13 disciplines.
