RMUTP Open for Free Applications Across All Faculties at “RMUTP Open House 2024: Opportunity Unlocked in Urban Society”

Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) is excited to announce its “RMUTP Open House 2024: Opportunity Unlocked,” an event celebrating the university’s 19th anniversary on 18 January 2024. The event will take place from 17-18 January 2024 at the Bangkok Commercial Campus and is open to everyone, offering a wide range of activities that highlight the university’s capabilities.

In line with RMUTP’s vision as a “University of Technology, Innovation, and Integration,” the event aims to showcase research, innovations, and inventions, reflecting the university’s commitment to producing knowledgeable and adaptable graduates ready to meet the challenges of today’s world.

Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP, revealed that the event will feature an exhibition of research, innovations, and inventions, such as jewelry made from waste plastic by the Faculty of Home Economics Technology, textile products developed from sugarcane leaf fibers by the Faculty of Textile Industry and Fashion Design, a digital platform supporting financial transactions for the elderly by the Faculty of Business Administration, and a prototype ethanol-powered vehicle by the Faculty of Industrial Education, among others.

Attendees will also have the opportunity to visit exhibition booths showcasing programs from nine faculties and four departments, apply for admission for free, participate in on-the-spot interviews with immediate results, and enjoy competitions like the Bartender Contest for the Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn Cup and the TikTok Clip Contest under the theme “Tobeno1: Be the Best Without Drugs,” competing for the Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Cup.

A special highlight of the event will be the “Famous Alumni Talk,” featuring alumni such as “Yoon” Phusanu Wongsawanitchakorn, an actor and model, and “Noi” Paramet Saisutthi, a national and international culinary competition champion. The talk will be hosted by “Yo” Phattharawadi Misuna, an NBT 2HD news anchor, along with musical performances by students from the Faculty of Business Administration. Attendees can also enjoy delicious food from over 10 popular food trucks.
