In addition, two outstanding students received the “Phra Barami Sadet Pho” scholarships, in honor of Admiral Prince Abhakara Kiartivongse, Prince of Chumphon.

The Applied Thai Program, Faculty of Liberal Arts, has been continuously offered to students in this collaborative project since 2008, with this being the 18th cohort. The program is designed to equip Chinese students with practical Thai language communication skills in daily life, focusing on listening, speaking, reading, and writing. It also enables students to apply their Thai language skills proficiently in technology and documentation, preparing them for future careers where Thai serves as a foundational skill. Furthermore, the program aims to preserve and promote the Thai language as a valuable cultural heritage on the international stage.
