Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon manages knowledge on personnel management, ethics, and moral principles.

“Associate Vice President for University Affairs, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, chaired the opening of a knowledge management project on personnel management, ethics, and moral principles at the Department of Industrial Education, Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon. The project aimed to raise awareness and understanding among participants regarding knowledge in ethical processing and moral principles in work practices. It also aimed to disseminate knowledge and facilitate knowledge exchange on personnel management to staff in various positions within the university, including deans, institute directors, assistant vice presidents, assistant institute/office/college directors, dean’s office heads, institute/office/college office heads, personnel management officers, and personnel management department staff, totaling more than 90 participants.
The project covered various interesting lecture topics, including a discourse on knowledge in ethics and moral principles by Associate Professor Dr. Kasidit Sutthiwanich, Associate Vice President for University Affairs, Dr. Komkot Petcharat, Assistant Vice President for Human Resource Management, and Ms. Orathai Homkaew, Discipline and Legal Affairs Head. The lectures also touched on personnel management knowledge by Mr. Chaowarith Sukrak, Director of the Personnel Management Department and Head of Personnel Management. Additionally, the discussion encompassed information systems related to personnel management by Dr. Chaowalit Somburanapakit, Director of the Office of Information Services and Technology, and Mr. Nopnarong Netrasakulnee, Computer Practitioner.”
