Dr. Komkert Petchrattan, Assistant to the Vice President for Human Resources Management, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, presided over the opening of the ‘Advancement Path of Support Staff’ project. The second activity, a practical training course in research and development for innovation enhancement, was held from June 27th to 28th, 2023, at the Bussabongkot A Room, 2nd Floor, Royal River Hotel, Bangkok. The workshop featured Associate Professor Dr. Sombat Tairuamkam from the Faculty of Education, Chiang Mai University, and Associate Professor Dr. Rangsang Chomya from Mahasarakham University as training facilitators. The program focused on fundamental research and development knowledge, basic educational studies, identifying innovation needs, design, innovation creation, data collection tools, data analysis, and innovation assessment. A total of 40 civil servants from educational institutions and university support staff participated in the event.
