On August 22, 2022, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) organized a project to enhance learning in the field of business. This event focused on the silversmithing industry and aimed to provide students with an interest in jewelry and gemstones an opportunity to learn about this field as a potential profession. Associate Professor Dr. Amornsiri Dissara, the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Treasury, presided over the opening ceremony.
The training was designed to bolster knowledge, skills, and business experiences that could guide students toward becoming future entrepreneurs. The project was honored to have Ms. Jutatip Yongswatphannakorn, a jewelry and accessories business owner, as a guest speaker. She provided training on designing silver jewelry, including fundamental techniques such as weaving, selecting gemstones or beads for creating necklaces, measuring wrist sizes, and various observation techniques to ensure the quality of raw materials.
