Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon Celebrates 19th Anniversary with 80 Awards for Outstanding Individuals and Benefactors

Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of the university, stated at the opening ceremony that on its 19th anniversary on January 18, 2024, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon remains committed to being a “University of Technology, Innovation, and Integration.” It continues to support personnel development across various sectors to evolve into a strong organization.

This year, the university organized an award ceremony to honor outstanding individuals and benefactors of the university for the year 2023. These include outstanding individuals among civil servants in higher education institutions, university staff, government employees, and temporary staff. The management group includes Asst. Prof. Dr. Rattanavalee Maisak, Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration, and the academic staff group includes Lecturer Premrapee Uimaweehirun from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology.

The supporting personnel group consists of specific professionals or general positions with special and proficient levels, including Ms. Supanan Pincharoen from the Faculty of Science and Technology and Mr. Chanatchayanan Rattanabunthong from the Student Development Division. The temporary staff group includes Ms. Omtip Wongsrikaeo from the Academic Resources and Information Technology Office.

Benefactors to the university include agencies such as Episode One Co., Ltd. and individuals like Mr. Supanat Limthongkhaw, Mr. Chulin Rangsisingpipat, Mr. Somsak Hongsa, and Dr. Songpon Ruangmai. The alumni group includes notable figures in politics, such as Mr. Boonlert Saengpan, and in private business, such as Mr. Thanapon Lueangprasert and Mr. Suthai Chokngamwong. The academic group includes Mr. Suwat Phengthirasuksamai, and the social service group includes Mr. Parames Sangkha-khun, Mr. Somsak Ponsuwan, Police Major Dr. Chayut Pansiri, Ms. Sansanee Plosen, Associate Professor Kamol Promlawann, Ms. Arithaya Siraromrassamee, Ms. Wilawan Kaewkonkwijit, Ms. Patchada Detchwarasitt, Associate Professor Siraporn Chawalayangkoor, and Mr. Thanapat Pattananabun.

Outstanding researcher awards and outstanding research management agencies in terms of external research funding include Professor Kamonrit Phusar from the Faculty of Industrial Education in the science and technology field and Asst.Prof.Dr.Woranuch Deelaman from the Faculty of Science and Technology in the social sciences field. The award for dissemination of creative works in science and technology goes to Assoc. Prof Dr.Wilaiwan Leenakul. from the Faculty of Science and Technology and in social sciences to Lecturer Dr. Suchira Phongsai from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. The award for the utilization of research or creative works in science and technology goes to Assistant Professor Dr. Nanon Daengsangwan from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology and in social sciences to Lecturer Dr. Matthanee Pramotmuang from the Faculty of Architecture and Design.

The outstanding researcher award for intellectual property registration in social sciences goes to Assistant Professor Dr. Arnat Siripittrakul from the Faculty of Architecture and Design. The outstanding young researcher award in science and technology goes to Second Lieutenant Natthakit Ritthong from the Faculty of Industrial Education and in social sciences to Lecturer Metika Puangsaeng from the Faculty of Liberal Arts.

The cultural and environmental award for outstanding work in cultural conservation goes to Lecturer Sarawut Daengmak from the Faculty of Business Administration and in creative culture to Lecturer Sukanya Chantakul from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. The outstanding Thai dress award for academics goes to Lecturer Yanathorn Thierathorn from the Faculty of Liberal Arts and for support staff goes to Mr. Asmdech Pakorn from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. The outstanding personality award for academics goes to Assitant Professor Watcharapong Soongpankhao from the Faculty of Liberal Arts and for support staff to Ms. Nantayaporn Smitinan from the Human Resource Management Division.

The award for outstanding teaching media goes to Assistant Professor Sansanee Timthong from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. The outstanding creative academic service award goes to Dr. Chaowalit Sombunpanitakit from the Academic Resources and Information Technology Office. The award for creative thinking and professional execution goes to Dr. Kwanruetai Boonyasena and a team of civil servants from the Faculty of Business Administration. The award for outstanding knowledge management in academics goes to Assistant Professor Dr. Weerawan Chantanatrip from the Faculty of Science and Technology and in support to Mr. Sirawat Phatkum from the Faculty of Architecture and Design.

The award for outstanding advisors goes to Lecturer Dr. Watchara Songsorm from the Faculty of Engineering. The outstanding innovation award for support staff goes to Mr. Sakorn Promjantra from the Academic Resources and Information Technology Office. The “Star of Service Mind” award for departments under the Office of the President goes to Ms. Pawana Timphongsai from the Human Resource Management Division. The award for state colleges and faculties goes to Mr. Siradon Klinmalai from the Faculty of Home Economics Technology and for non-office departments to Ms. Thitirat Ratanaphan from the Academic Promotion and Registration Division.
