President of RMUTP, served as the chairperson in the opening ceremony of the “Path to Progress for Support Staff” project, held online from March 24-25, 2022. The project was organized by the Personnel Administration Division to enhance the progress of administrative and support staff members in government positions and university support roles. This initiative aimed to promote and support the development of knowledge, abilities, skills, and competencies of the staff members, enabling them to advance in their assigned roles.
The program involved the participation of over 300 staff members who engaged in training sessions. The keynote speaker, Ms. Papan Panthongphan from the Institute of Public Administration, provided guidance on criteria and methods for proposing higher positions. Additionally, the training covered topics such as techniques for creating work manuals, research methodologies, and analysis and synthesis techniques.
Furthermore, Dr. Chalakorn Udomraksa, the Director of Research and Development Institute at RMUTR, delivered a presentation on research project presentation and dissemination techniques.
In summary, the project aimed to empower support staff members with the necessary knowledge and skills to progress in their careers and contribute effectively to the university’s growth and development.
