On December 6, 2023, Dr. Natworaphol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, announced the “No Gift Policy” to the university’s executives, staff, and the general public. This policy, which prohibits the acceptance of gifts and gratuities in the course of official duties, aims to foster a culture and values of integrity in education, ensure efficient and ethical conduct, prevent conflicts of interest, and combat corruption. The policy mandates that all academic and support staff of the university must refrain from accepting any gifts or gratuities related to their official duties, including from external parties. For congratulatory or condolence occasions, it is recommended to express sentiments through signing greeting cards, condolence cards, or using social media instead of giving physical gifts. The policy was announced at the Raphipat Meeting Room, Office of the President, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, Thewet Campus.
