On February 14, 2024, Dr. Khomkhate Pedcharat, Assistant to the President for Human Resource Management at Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), presided over the opening of the “Career Advancement Pathways for Support Staff” program. The first activity of this program focused on “Techniques for Developing an Operations Manual” and took place in the Big Data Room on the 4th floor of the Rajaburi Direkrit Building at RMUTP’s Thewet Campus. The program aimed to equip 40 government officials and university support staff with the knowledge and skills needed to create high-quality work, enhancing both their personal development and the efficiency of their organization.
The training session was led by Mr. Paphapon Paphangpurin, Director of the Operations Management Division at the Faculty of Communication Arts and Management Innovation, National Institute of Development Administration (NIDA). The session covered essential topics such as the fundamentals of creating an operations manual, guidelines for selecting appropriate titles, and case studies on comprehensive job analysis.
