Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, and Executives Visit the Railway and Transportation Faculty at the Nong Rawiang Learning Center, RMUTI
Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP), along with university executives, visited the Railway and Transportation Faculty at the Nong Rawiang Learning Center, Rajamangala University of Technology Isan (RMUTI), Nakhon Ratchasima. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Asst. Prof. Dr. Rabill Phonphai, Vice President for Academic Affairs and International Relations, and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Apichit Kamphala, Dean of the Faculty of Railway and Transportation.
The visit included a tour of the railway system laboratory building and the Smart Railway system laboratory.
Experts in railway systems presented the operation of various systems, including the train station control room, railway access control systems, automated ticketing systems, automated platform doors, passenger information systems, multimedia systems in train stations, Smart Railway network systems, Station Control Systems, and security systems. Additionally, the delegation experienced a train driver simulation using the Avionics Training System. The RMUTP executives also had the opportunity to try out the train driving simulationand exchanged insights on management strategies between the two institutions.
