Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon (RMUTP) organized the RMUTP International Partnership Week 2024 from February 27 to 29, 2024, at RMUTP. This event aimed to strengthen relationships with international educational institutions and foster cooperation to elevate RMUTP’s educational standards to a global level. It also focused on the exchange of experiences and cultures.
The opening ceremony was presided over by Dr. Natworapol Rachsiriwatcharabul, President of RMUTP. Attendees included Ms. Sun Ying and Ms. Wu Lu from Fuzhou Zhiyuan Education Technology Co., Ltd., People’s Republic of China; Mr. Jörg Noldin from Hof University of Applied Sciences, Germany; Prof. Dr. Rainer Wehner from THWS Business School, Germany; and Asst. Prof. Dr. Hang Lee and Ms. I-Wen Chen from National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology, Republic of China (Taiwan).
The event featured discussions on potential collaborations and joint activities, including a Thai dining experience organized by the Faculty of Home Economics Technology. The meal showcased modern Thai cuisine made from local ingredients across Thailand, including:
Croquette with fresh northeastern-style shrimp salad and crispy cilantro leaves
Ravioli with mixed vegetables and caviar, garnished with basil oil
Rolled Mousse with coconut chicken curry and spicy fruit sauce, served with coconut flour and fried job’s tears
Custard Cupcakes with meringue, coconut sugar, topped with sea urchin egg, fresh coconut ice cream, caramel-coated beans, and microwave sponge cake
The event highlighted Thai identity through its unique and modern food offerings.
