On November 10th and 11th, 2022, RMUTP organized an orientation program for new support staff members. The event aimed to familiarize them with their roles and responsibilities, provide knowledge about relevant regulations, and foster positive relationships among participants.
The opening ceremony was chaired by Associate Professor Dr. Kasidej Suttivaraanan, the Vice President for Administrative Affairs of the University. Special lectures were also given to enhance the awareness of the new staff members. The program involved 48 participants, including university employees and government officials.
During the orientation program, various activities were conducted, including team-building exercises led by Ms. Yanarit Yamsuan from the Department of Military Education, a lecture on drafting reports and meeting minutes, and a session on providing excellent service by Dr. Pichayanut Cheongsriyai from Rajabhat Wilaikanya in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya. Other topics covered included financial management, information systems within the university, career advancement, and benefits, which were presented by relevant department heads. The event took place at the Department of Military Education, 6th floor, Faculty of Industrial Education.
