Especially during May each year, which marks the start of the first semester, traffic congestion increases significantly. Additionally, this road is undergoing a subway construction project. Therefore, to enhance road safety, this MOU was established to promote cooperation in implementing road safety measures under the campaign ‘Safe Travel for All.’ The campaign encourages collaboration and fosters traffic discipline and respect for traffic laws to ensure road safety. This initiative will serve as a model for local residents and visitors alike.”
