On February 10, 2022, President of Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, presided over the inauguration of the New Faculty Orientation program organized by the Personnel Management Division, Office of the President. The program aimed to prepare new faculty members with knowledge and understanding of their teaching management roles and responsibilities. The ultimate goal is to produce high-quality graduates who can contribute effectively to society, following the standards of higher education and curriculum management, as well as possessing ethics, morality, and awareness of their duties and responsibilities as educators. Moreover, they should be able to perform their duties for the maximum benefit of the university.
During the event, 42 newly appointed faculty members received the honor of participating in the orientation and were awarded certificates. The event took place at the Royal Institute Hall, 6th floor, Faculty of Industrial Education, Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon.
The orientation also featured lectures from distinguished speakers. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Natchachote Rakthai Charoenchit, Assistant President for Academic Affairs and Faculty Development, delivered a presentation on academic affairs and faculty development. Asst. Prof. Dr. Naronk Phooprueksanun, Assistant President for Moral and Ethical Development, and the Director of Legal Affairs Division, presented on legal regulations and personal discipline. Ms. Panchan Limpatrakul, Director of the Finance Division, discussed regulations regarding tuition fees and travel expenses for official business. Lastly, Mr. Chaowarit Sukrak, Director of the Personnel Management Division, presented on personnel management and various welfare benefits.
