President of RMUTP, emphasized the importance of accident insurance and health insurance for students and staff members. These insurance policies are established in accordance with the quality standards of education, which aim to ensure that students maintain good physical and mental health habits. The primary objectives of these insurance plans are to provide students with a safety net in case of accidents and to offer health coverage to instill confidence in their well-being. This approach serves to relieve the burden on parents and guardians in the event of accidents and also reduces the university’s expenses for medical care for international students.
The responsibility of selecting insurance companies to provide comprehensive accident and health insurance for students and staff members has been delegated to Dr. Sattha Kaengpenkae, the Assistant to the President for Student Affairs, and Ms. Malika Veerasai, the Director of the Student Development Division. Additionally, all nine faculties, the Student Affairs Division, the Personnel Management Division, and the Head of the Student Welfare and Services Department participated in the evaluation process to select the insurance companies. The selected insurance companies will be required to meet the specific criteria for insurance terms and conditions.
This initiative underscores RMUTP’s commitment to the well-being and security of its students and staff members by providing comprehensive insurance coverage and creating an environment conducive to personal and academic growth.
