RMUTP organized the project ‘RMUTP, A Happy University’ (Phase 1), with the President of RMUTP, presiding over the opening ceremony. The event featured a lecture titled ‘The University of Happiness: Is Internal Conflict a Weakness of Thai Universities?’. Esteemed speakers included Dr. Nop Wanich, former President of Khon Kaen University; Asst. Prof. Suphanat Phimpan Vivatvakin, Director of the Office of Peace Studies and Moral Development, Mahidol University; and Prof. Dr. Kreangsak Chokarungsee, Vice President of Chaiyaphum Rajabhat University. The discussion aimed to encourage faculty and staff to work with happiness, proficiency, and ethics, adhering to the principles of ethical administration. Moreover, this initiative was designed to address and mitigate internal conflicts within the university by emphasizing the importance of active participation.”
